CANCELLATION POLICY
All the Bookings will be Non-Cancellation, Non-Amendable and Non-Refundable. We do not accept Cancellations over the Phone: Cancellation can be done on any working day between 10:00 Hours to 18:00 hours from Monday to Friday (except National Holidays). One-time Amendment can be done before 10 days & Charges will be applicable.
Any cancellation of an order shall be made with your mail with the subject “cancellation request” and sent to customer care with the following details: – a) Order ID
b) Cancellation reason
c) Cancellation shall be initiated after a formal cancellation request is received at Customer Care with a valid reason and the refund will be made within 15 days if the reason is found genuine.
d) The refund would be made after deducting the necessary charges and bank charges etc.
REFUND POLICY
Refund shall be made under the following conditions only: –
1) The order was cancelled at least 15 days before the date of the visit 2) If there is any complaint regarding the quality of the product, we will enquire about the same and if it is found to be true, the customer will get the refund after deducting the applicable charges
3) A refund can only be requested in case of service failure, our team will evaluate if an order qualifies for a refund and the decision of our management will be final.
4) Any discounted or exempted amount cannot be claimed for a refund.
In all matters concerning cancellation and refund, the management decision would be final and cannot be challenged.
